By rethinking the conventional zoning patterns of suburbia, this community places the greatest number of residents in its most desirable locations. The design capitalizes on a dramatic natural setting—overlooking a vast ravine along the eastern edge of 54 acres of usable land—unlocking sweeping views across hundreds of acres of preserved landscape.
